Default what works for me

The past few days I have been out to eat quite a bit. Last night I went out to eat at an asian restaurant and ate an order of spring rolls. This morning I went out to breakfast and chose a chicken and vegetable dish from the low calorie section. The main thing I suppose is to make mindful choices. I also am sure to drink lots of water.
