I did try the first work out on t25, man... its tough lol. I did the modified because I have bad feet (surgery on both of them in 09) I've been so busy the last 2 weeks I haven't tried it again, but I'm gonna go back to it tomorrow. I plan on only doing it 3 days a week though. I'll walk the other days. I work 3 12 hour shifts a week and go to school 2 days a week.
