Hi Peachee. Looks like we are in the same boat here.
I am on day 2 of a calorie controlled, food provided diet (LitenEasy). I am not even considering exercise yet - just walking briskly to the end of my street winds me these days. I am looking forward to being able to do some, once I have lost a bit of weight.
I also can't wait to be able to shop in a regular clothing store. I've always been big, since I was about 10 years old, so have never been able to wear 'normal' clothes. I am not a superficial person, my wardrobe is mostly black and I think I will stock it mostly with ironic message Ts when I can, but it is just being about being ABLE to that is a big deal for me.
Also, I am seeing all of my friends get married and start real life, whilst I am the fat friend with a good personality.
Time for change!
