Ok so I joined a two month challenge so this will be perfect to keep me motivated half way in!
This week starting Tuesday I'm doing a 7 day 2hr challenge since I have Spring Break! Yay! I'm super excited! I have a heart monitor calorie burn/track watch thing lol and I'll try to post pictures to this post as evidence! lol
My goals for this post is to
1. Lose 7lbs!
2. Put in 25 work out hours. (14 I hope to do in my 2hrs a day for 7 days Challenge)

Okay since I have failed all of these due to injury or illness I am going to go lower for the challenge.
Weekly goals will be:
Weightlift 4times a week, Yoga 1x's a week, Run 2days a week, piloxing 1x week.
Monthly goal Complete weeks 10-12 of Couch 2 10 K, 300000 steps for the month.

Yoga 3 days/week

Push-ups: 20 per day for a total of 20 days this month.

Crunches: 100 per day for a total of 20 days this month.
