I'm in! I've been good with exercise but having a lot of trouble maintaining my calorie deficit. It's just down to a lack of self discipline I think, so I'm hoping this will motivate me!
I'm leaving for a 2 week trip to Scotland and Iceland on the 21st, so this should be perfect timing!
Challenge 3: Easter to summer (April 20th to June 21st)
My goal for Challenge 3 will be to reach: 130lbs
Start Weight 20/04/2014: 136 lbs
End Weight 21/06/2014:
Anail a’ Ghàidheil, air a’ mhullach
Get to 130s
Advance all dances out of beginner level
Complete first phase of NROLFW
