April 2 - 156.9 - not sure what happened here, but it's a long way to the end of the month, I'll give it a week and then maybe change my goal
April 3 - 155.7

April 5 - 160.0 gah, pizza, no exercise, weekends...
April 6 - 159.7 wings, water and exercise, better
April 7 - 156.4 - juice/ roasted veggies, water, lots of exercise
April 8 - 156.2 - keep going...
April 9 - 154.8
April 10 - 157.6 - guess I can't take a day off...has to be water...
April 11 - 156.1 - TOM - weekly WI up 0.6, acceptable w/T showing up after 5 1/2 weeks
April 12 - DNW
April 13 - 159.1
April 14 - 157.1 - better than most weekends, so happy with this!
April 15 - 156.8 - happy tax day!
April 16 - 158 - did weights last night...salad for dinner, drank water, no alcohol...
April 30 - goal -2 lbs.
