Sooo I have a major exam tomorrow and I'm a bit stressed. Typical behaviour at this time of year for me is diving into junk food to get me through the anxiety, but this time it's different! I've been taking frequent short breaks to decompress and have been eating regular meals and snacking on things like baby carrots, broccoli, and even chewing gum when I just feel the need to work my jaw.
I haven't been to the gym in a few days though and I'm feeling it. I'm anxious to get back and sweat it out!!
Official WI day is tomorrow and I'm expecting a decent loss. Looking forward to good news!
Fingers crossed for a job well done tomorrow, and then I'm gonna go hard at getting my body into shape this spring.
