Back at this weight loss thing and seriously committed this time. Feeling fab!
A little about me: I'm a single mom of a beautiful 13 months old girl, and just finished my 3rd year of nursing school. Will be spending the summer starting my 4th and final year. Wohoo!!
So I'm here at 173.8 for this week's weigh-in. Spent 8 months on weight watchers and lost a grand total of 5.4lbs due to chronic regaining (not willing to make the changes I needed to). Now doing calorie counting with MFP to save some cash. Very effective in my past experiences and free!!
Currently doing a C25k and starting a new weight training program this coming week. Getting excited about fitness this time around!
