Oh I am eating a lot of saturated fats: they're great. Coconut oil, grass fed butter, nuts, meats, lard, tallow.

All the info on saturated fats is wrong Ian. But I could not agree with you more about exercise.

Don't fear fats! Need to do research Ian.
