I don't know much about weight loss but I think calorie counting may be the way to go, so here's some stuff about me-

Favorite Exercise/Workouts: what is that?! Lol, formerly running

What are your fitness/health goals? To be strong again and finally lose this "baby weight"

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I weigh more than when I was 9 months pregnant

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Starting it

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? I need to exercise, period, I've got a Pepsi addiction and I think its going to be hard to feed my super-picky son and still keep on track

(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? : My sister, mwahahaha

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? My awesome pants from 13 years ago, hahaha, ya for some reason I still have them!
