What are your fitness/health goals? To be strong again and finally lose this "baby weight"
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I weigh more than when I was 9 months pregnant

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? I need to exercise, period, I've got a Pepsi addiction and I think its going to be hard to feed my super-picky son and still keep on track
