So the title says it all. I only (re)started this weight loss journey Tuesday, but it seems like I have lived in the gym/thought about why I'm doing this all the time since. My husband, who is also trying to lose weight with me, brought home some Reeses Peanut Butter cups the other day. I was fine with that until I was making dinner tonight, when I found where he was hiding them from me.
(since I told him it would be hard for me to control myself with them)
Now the darn things are calling my name and I want to know: how do you keep yourself on track when temptation strikes?
(Also, will admit to a certain amount of sadness that all my hard work is not yet showing up on the gym scale.)
