Cool Not really a goal buuuuttttt...

I'm new to the whole, healthy eating weight loss and it's proving to be harder than expected. Years ago I lost 20 pounds by not eating and just working out all the time. 3 hours a day 7 days a week, burn off everything that I didn't even eat. of course after that I realized that was terrible. SO now 2 years after having my baby and being unable to blame my fat on him, it's time to shape up. I haven't lost any weight so far which is slightly discouraging BUT I feel stronger, I flex muscles and have some definition starting, I put more weight on the machines at the gym, and I don't get tired walking around like before. The little things
