What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I've had enough of being 30 and feeling 60. No nice clothes no self esteem no day where I'm not in pain or uncomfortable.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Impatience and when I mess up the binge eating that could ensue.
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? Exercise and bingeing/craving.
