Default New to the forum, Old to dieting

Okay, since most people say it's not a good idea to go for smoothie twice per day . I am planning to change it a little bit.


WEEK 1---------------------Breakfast------------------Lunch--------------------Workout

Monday --------------------Smoothie ------------------Soup----------------------1 hour

Tuesday--------------------Smoothie-------------------Salad----------------------1hour

Wednesday----------------Smoothie-------------------Soup-----------------------1 hour

Thursday-------------------Smoothie-------------------Salad----------------------1 hour

Friday----------------------Smoothie------------------Treat Day ------------------1 hour

Saturday-------------------Smoothie--------------------Brunch---------------------2 hours

Sunday------------------------------------BREAK DAY---------------------------------------
