Been away from 3fc for about a week for a variety of reasons. My in-laws were down for a week (hurray...), so I couldn't get on the computer much, and I accidentally shut my milk supply off by working out too much on too few calories, so I took a few days off to get things jumpstarted again. So after a weekend of cheesesteaks and fried green tomatoes, I got back to it and had a happy well-fed baby and a weight of 166.4lb. Eeech. But fortunately that was apparently just water weight, because it dropped off pretty fast. Drying up let me know I was pushing too hard last month, though, so I'm going to set a more moderate goal this month of 3 pounds lost. We'll see how this compromise goes.
