I somehow managed to do my fast yesterday even with a work event surrounded by food and wine. I left early, and took a sandwich home with me that I can't wait to eat today. (Ok, so maybe I nibbled a little of the ham...)
And even with starting weight training and going on steroids this week, the scale keeps going down and it looks like I'm neck-and-neck with Olivia! jodoto and Olivia you're right behind us!
