Wish I could get myself motivated to eat a healthy diet. Well, let me re-phrase that -- wish I could get myself motivated to eat only healthy foods after 5:00 or so --
I eat very low-carb all day; drink lots of water; then blow it every evening. It's like my brain chemistry changes. Does anyone else have this happen to you? Am I in such a HABIT of night-time junk-eating that my body/brain only crave it at tht time?
