Default Avalon, where are you?!

I just realized I haven't seen Avalon around for a while. I always used to enjoy reading her posts and seeing her cool ticker! Has anyone seen her or knows how she is?
Avalon, if you see this I hope you're doing well.

Still kicking! In maintenance mode. I have tried going back on P1 a few times, and just haven't been able to stick with it for more than a few days. I must be burned out from my no-cheat, strict P1 stretch from July 30 to Dec 18th last year. In any case, if I can just keep my weight going semi-sideways, it's a big victory for me.

Hope you are well and doing great also!!!

Good to hear from you Avalon... glad to hear your weight is staying sideways and not up! I think maintenance is going to be my hardest challenge and I'm sure your body is thanking you for the weight you are keeping off.

I've been reading 'State of Slim' and it says a strict diet is hard to maintain for more than six months... I'm over that mark now and I'm trying hard to get finished before I phase off. I wouldn't say I'm tired of the diet but there are days its harder to stick to than it was a few months ago!

You can still post about your experiences and wisdom, Avalon! I think many of us get inspiration from your stories and new information from your posts. We miss that!

Avalon, have missed you and your posts.

I did want to thank you for your information on probiotics and fiber. I went for a different probiotic brand but purchased the fiber you recommended. This has helped with the big C so much. I also no longer take the magnesium citrate liquid that I had been buying and using for months)

Losses were better last week and am anxious to find out if that trend continues tomorrow at WI.

thanks again.

Thanks for all the nice thoughts! I don't really have much wisdom or thoughts to add other than my deep respect for anyone trying to lose weight or maintaining a lower weight. It's hard!!! I think everyone here ColoradoCarol, Schenectady, WantANewMe, Hiker88, and everyone on this Board are WONDERFUL and I have deep love for you all!!

Hi Avalon, glad to hear you are maintaining. I put on a few pounds and am in week two of a reboot. Boy, is it hard!!!!! For some reason it didn't seem so hard when I started P1 the first time. I am a couple of pounds above my goal weight, but am up 5 lbs total and can really feel it.

Have a great day!
