I ate a two Valentine's cupcakes and two Valentine's cookie so my 169 from today (2/14) will be gone tomorrow for sure. Oh I need to add I also enjoyed dinner with the family and had mashed potatoes and peas. smh. My calories were more than doubled for the day ... new day tomorrow (2/15), new challenge ... I'm not gonna sink so I've stay afloat and swimmmmm
