Pattience I too learned that if I drink water before I go to bed and being diabetic, I also drink a little during the night so that I don't have leg cramps any more.
I probably will only do the really low low car for a week. That is why I said I would decide later. There are benefits to low carb that I do like. So I will build up and keep them moderately low. I want to use Atkins to learn how many carbs I can handle and still lose weight. My calories are rather low today, but I'm not worried as I still have room to go to get to the 1600 calories as I add carbs/fiber in the weeks to come.
