Actual weight: 163.0 No sad face, it's ok this week. I am on a new GET IT RIGHT journey, next week WILL be better

Actual weight: 164.6 I didn't get it right I did worse

Actual weight: 161.8 not where I want to be but down 2.8 from last weeks water gain
