5/10 to 3/14 and 100 lbs gives you -0.49 lb/wk.
152-130 = 22 lbs which you should reach in 45 weeks/10 months, or less.
After 40 days I'm averaging -1 lb/wk but 40 days is not very long for a project like this.
Sarah in Paris did -2.9 lbs/wk for six weeks or so but I've never held out for that long.
And if my cholesterol is not better when I get to 150 lbs I will not be a happy camper.
