Jumping in. I think it's been about a year since I've posted in the two-teens thread....got way off course with life stress and all but it's getting better now and I'm officially back in the two-teens. 219.6 this AM. I'm doing low carb right now and a bit too busy at work to make it to the gym (I work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day until April 15th). My goal is to get down to 210 by the time I go on vacation in May.
I just read through this whole thread, so my brain is reeling, but, good job to all!
