Hey,
I was a member of DIET DIVAS in the beginning (when they started) and their plan is a good low fat way of eating. The only thing negative that I will say about it is that you can get a good low fat plan from the internet for free.
They claim to devise your plan according to the questions that you answer, but I've never thought that was the case. It's now way more expensive and they push their products to complete the plan they send to you. For me, there is way too much sugar and junk included....just my opinion....
