Easy. I travel with a travel scale to weigh myself. I also tend to stay in hotels with mini-bars that I can stock with food I buy from a local store. I eat a lot of canned fish too so that helps.
So I have no excuses when it comes to healthy eating while traveling. It's often easier that at home because I can buy more varieties of fresh food.
Exercise is more challenging however. For that I try to pick hotels with gyms or investigate where I can run before arrivial.
