Presumably you are american so i don't know what the food availability is like.
There's plenty of food you can get from the supermarket that will help. Lots of fruit, buy your own breakfast foods and prepare them in your room.
If you only snack on fruit and carrots, you should be able to limit your meals..
Try fruit salad and natural yoghurt for breakfast.
Make sardine sandwiches or banana sandwiches on wholegrain bread.
From the supermarket buy
1 can beans or lentils, drain and rinse
add 1 chopped tomato or corn cob or other salad vegetable
1 capsicum or other salad vegetable
1 finely grated carrot or beetroot or other salad vegetable
1-2tsp olive oil you carry around with you
1-2tsp of balsamic vinegar you carry around with you
A bit of fetta cheese crumbled into it. I can buy it in a tub
5 walnut halves or other nuts or 1tsp mixed seeds.
You should be able to prepare this in your room and eat it for lunch or dinner.
You can pack a small chopping board, vegetable knife, nice grated, and appropriate bowls and cutlery.
This recipe is one of my basics, i can vary it a lot according to what i have on hand.
