One of the biggest parts of my job as a professional actor is the travelling. Because I'm on a National Tour, I'm not exaggerating when I say I move to a new town every week. Eating while on the road is a huge challenge for me. Living in hotels about 75% of the time, it's really easy to eat fast food for every meal.
Exercise is a whole different matter. I teach dance classes to elementary school kids every week, but that's about as far as my workouts go because of my schedule.
Does anyone have any tips for losing weight on the road? It's been a challenge for me so far to find healthy, cheap, and quick food and to find a workout program that works with my schedule.
