Down 2 pounds on Friday weigh-in. It's a cheat though because I exercised the night before. (I usually exercise in the morning, after I weigh.) I don't want to get excited about the 160s because I could still bounce up again in the coming weeks and then I'll be disappointed. Glad to have you back, ForMyGirls.
