LOL--I just have this image of someone falling out the sides of the boat everytime we get seated again.
I'm doing ok. Stephanie--I too have decided that its not good for me to be OCD about everything I eat or drink. It stresses me out and I end up falling out of plan EASIER, than if I just try to do what I need to but kind of ballpark quantities instead of measuring it all down to the last ounce or teaspoon. Does that make sense?
What that means is I am eating a bit more this week than last, but NOT overdoing it and the scale is moving again
