Thumbs up Memorial Day Challenge!

I am going to be seeing people for a weekend hiking trip that I haven't seen in a few months now so I thought I would start this challenge to keep myself on track and also give myself a solid goal to aim for. I am feeling a little under-motivated this month so I need something to get me in the gym more

My goals:

SW: 259
CW: 242
GW: 239


Number of workouts I would like to achieve by then is 40!
