JenteIsving: Thanks! It's a nice NSV. The behavioral ones are probably my favorite ones, since they seem harder to attain (at least for me). I still get a hit or miss pattern with overeating triggers, but I'm trying to make it more hits than misses.

And congrats on the weigh in! And on being thin and sassy!

Exercise in the morning can be... interesting. I used to go to a gym (before I moved) that had a good morning crowd. Left you alone, not annoying or loud. I mentally prefer exercising in the morning to get it over with, but physically it's easier for me at night (but it irritates me because I want to be done with the day and relax). Hopefully the night owls are a better fit for you. Good luck!
