I am recommitting to my journey, after taking 6-8 weeks off. At least I was maintaining
My one year anniversary of weight loss is on the 28th; I have lost 25 pounds. I was hoping to be at goal by now, but the 25 pounds is still making me happy.
I am taking it slow; 1/2-1 pound per week. Some weeks I lose, some weeks I don't.
Now that I found my mojo, I expect to drop 5 pounds pretty quickly --as long as my body starts co-operating; I have been OP for a week and I have gained a pound
. I am due a nice whoosh any day now.
