I'm changing my profile and ticker to reflect my WW weigh in (as it turns out you weigh more after breakfast and fully clothed at a WW meeting than you do first thing in the am and not so fully clothed
although there are those people at every early morning meeting who strip down to a jog bra and running shorts. I am not those people. I'll take the extra pounds). My first goal is 15 pounds.
