Good morning ladies. Yesterday I went grocery shopping and bought things I could pre measure and put into lil baggies. I'm thinking this will help a lot. I just spend 2 hours weighing or counting things to go in their bags. That should hold me over for awhile. Now if I can get my behind in gear and exercise all would be right.
Mary or Tam I know nuts are a fat but can they also be used as a protein? Seems like I read it but can't find to be sure.
