I can eat, and have eaten, far too many cans of canned fish and very large salads (in excess of 2 lbs). There are two stages to a diet. First, picking the right foods. Secondly, not eating too many of them. Stage 2 is tough! But you can get pretty far on Stage 1 alone. I am now trying to master stage 2.
So, "binge" on and revisit at about 10lbs from goal.
