Does anyone else share my ability to abuse healthy food? I had my lower cal homemade chicken noodle soup and another low calorie beef vegetable my mom brought me in the fridge yesterday and i ate many bowls. The beef veg soup had giant bits of kale, parsnips, etc. so good!

Total cals were 1638, not outrageous due to the low cal but it depresses me that I am such a freak with food. The constant battle of the wills is exhausting.

Plan today:

Coffee with milk

Veg beef soup (one serving left. Yay!)

Roasted veg and a protein pancake
