Down 2 more pounds of this stupid water weight, which is a miracle, seeing as TOM has arrived. I fasted until 6pm yesterday and had a porkchop with a mayo onion glaze, some broccoli and a little bit of sausage for supper. Calories were at 1160.
I swam 30 minutes yesterday and did my primal "sprint" in the form of 50 pounds of groceries from my car on the street around the back and up the stairs in a windstorm.
I've been following Mark's daily Apple since I started, but I've finally read the Primal Blueprint, and I think I've identified the cause of last year's stall. I'm paring down the intensity and duration of my swims, walking more, and will incorporate sporadic sprinting and lifting. I don't think pushing myself at the pool five days a week and killing myself doing yoga class did me as many favors weight loss wise as it did mentally.
I have come way too far to quit now!
