Back down to 157.2 this morning. Need to get that water in, fell off the regular water intake, I wish I knew why that happens, I feel so much better when I 'm hydrated.
thank goodness the salt rinses and Listerine seemed to have fixed it, it's just barely tender in that area, and fortunately or unfortunately I have no problems chewing now
did make it through the juice day, haven't done that in awhile, it's a good reset for me, stops some of the cravings and gets me back on track.
B- grits, reduced sugar almond milk, 2 poached eggs
L- spring mix, onion sprouts, Italian, salsa ranch yogurt dressing and balsamic, smoked oysters
S- clementines, navel orange
D- salad with tuna
E- walk at work, rail trail
