I have been "successfully" cal counting for months now, and it is the best thing that has happened to my weight loss
. So I thought I would jump in here.
I just moved my target cal goal from 1750 to 1715, some recalculation there due to my recent weight loss. I am going to try and do it every 10lbs.
Today I ended at 1705, my cheat snack--chocolate chip cookies
