The smallest point of my waist, my chest, shoulders, and upper back. I'm "pear-shaped" if you will, and my hips, butt, and thighs are the last to go. Well, I've never been THAT small, so I'm just assuming they're the last go! Anyway, I also see immediate changes in my fingers, hands, and wrists, along with less swelling overall throughout my body, if that makes any sense? I have very muscular and thick legs, so I do see them get smaller, but it takes a lot longer than most everything else.
