Hi everyone, I know it is a bit late but can I join? I started loosing weight at the beginning of Feb too.
I weighed 223.5 lbs to start with, and have got down to 209. I want to get down a dress size or two by June. I don' know if this is realistic but I am going to try!
Can anyone shed the light on their success, so far I fear a lot of this weight loss is due to me being too rushed off my feet to eat properly recently. I don't want to lose weight unhealthily. I know too well that it will all rush back on again!
