Thank you for the support about our friend. I didn't get a chance to workout today. We went to visit Danny. We just got home so this will be a quick post.

Total Approx 1495 Calories +

Breakfast (395 Calories + coffee)
spritz oil in pan
egg 70 cal
egg whites from carton 60 calories
Vegetable of choice
1/8 cup feta cheese 40 calories
Rudi's Whole Wheat English muffin 130 calories
1 teaspoon jam 20 calories
juice 75 calories
coffee w/sugar and cream

Lunch (500 calories)
Curry chicken salad sandwich on pumpernickel 450 calories
small fruit cup 50 calories

Dinner (600 calories)
grilled salmon 300 calories
steamed broccoli 100 calories
chocolate gelato 4 ounces 200

4/22/15 My current goal is to get into the 160's. First weigh in after setting goal: 176.8
8/02/15 I was able to get back into the 160's.
My new goal is to not bounce back into the 170's and to work my way down to 160.

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
