Up 1.8 to 148.2 this morning. I ended up having a mini-binge on fruit (canteloupe - I ate a whole canteloupe! So ridiculous) last night. Feeling stressed about school..

D: Scrambled eggs, fruit with plain greek yogurt and pumpkin seeds
Workout: strength training for about an hour. No cardio. Studying....
