I dont get too upset with a small gain every few weeks because I know that is how I loose. I have a large loss every 4 -6 weeks folowed by gains and losses less than 1 lb for the next few weeks. What upsets me is when I fight the same 3 lbs for 6 weeks! I have recently had large losses (2 - 3 lbs) only to have large gains the following weeks! grrr. It's either my cheating or the dreaded platue!
