I didn't add on any yoga last night. I was just too tired and it was too late.
Our friend was asking for DH yesterday. We were just there with him on Friday night. DH was at the farm yesterday. You can't always get good reception in that area. I called DH and left a message for him. When he got the message about our friend, he left the farm and went to our friend's house. He didn't get home until after 9 PM so we ate dinner late. This will be the norm for us since the time change. This gives DH more daylight to work longer or hunt at the farm. I had a gain from eating late. I prefer to eat dinner with my DH. I might have to start eating earlier. It seems like when I eat that late the food sits heavier in my stomach. I know the gain will regulate since it's only because the food hasn't processed yet.

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
