I have such a bad relationship with the scale that I've abandoned daily weigh-ins. Now I weigh myself about every 2 weeks. That way I see loss and don't get obsessed. When I weighed daily I was driving myself crazy with the ups and downs of it. It's liberating to weigh less often.
