I"d be lying if i said it made me feel good when the scale goes up but i know enough to know its insignificant. I keep doing what i'm doing for the most part. AT most i might tweak my diet a bit.
Maybe you are not confident enough about the diet approach you've taken. I see your calories are low now. It is more effective in the medium-long term not to lose the weight too fast at this stage.
I think you'd' accept the frustrations because they are part of the process of weightloss even when you are doing it right and even when you are losing.
Practice letting it go. Or weigh yourself less often.
Or maybe it would help you to plot it on a graph or in a list at least so you could the general direction you are going in.
Of course its important to stick to your eating plan if you believe its correct
