I try to pay close attention to other types of indications that I'm losing weight, like how my pants feel, how much energy I have, how much farther I was able to walk in a fast pace today, how many hours of sleep I got last night etc. If the scale is making you crazy then put it away for a few days/weeks, as long as you can stand it and try measuring the other things which are more important than a stupid number on a stupid box on the stupid floor.
