Laura - Thanks for the links.

Ceejay - Probably a good idea to stay home and relax this weekend. And don't answer the door for anyone. Do some more yoga to help you breathe deeply and relax. Sending you hugs. I hope the light-headedness goes away.

Lap RNY 11/19/2014: 215.5 surgery weight

My Mini Goals:
1) Exercise 6 days per week at least 45 minutes per day (once I get the doctor's ok to exercise)
2) Follow the Bariatric surgery eating plan
3) Make the most of each moment
