Michelle ~ Nope she didnt give me any specifics about the 1200 Calorie diet, She said to read labels and cut back on my eating and the only way I know how to do that is by counting calories.
Since its been nice outside Im gonna start walking once in the morning and once in the evening and then when it gets too hot to walk outside I will start walking inside but Im enjoying the fresh air for now though.
